Grab your Man Bag and note the 4 D-rings located at the ends of each rubber handle.
Grab your weight belt.
Grab your dip straps which should include two 1.5' straps, a metal D-ring, a metal O-ring, and a metal carabiner.
Put the weight belt on and thread the 2" wide strap through the D-ring, and then cinch it closed. Slide the D-ring along the strap until it's positioned directly in front of you.
Slip the two dip straps through the metal O-ring and clasp the hooks to the D-rings on the Man Bag. The straps should form an "X" shape.
Use the carabiner to connect the metal D-ring on the weight belt to the metal O-ring on the straps connected to the Man Bag.
