We are not affiliated with, we did not create, nor do we maintain the third-party code and/or software provided by Google or Facebook used to collect and aggregate non-personally identifiable user browsing data. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
How We Use Personal Information
We use the Personal Information you provide to deliver the services or information you have requested (e.g., merchandise purchases, electronic newsletters, etc.), to deliver customer support, to resolve disputes, to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, and to design new services. Except as set forth in this policy, Man Down™ does not give away, sell, rent, or lease Personal Information collected by us to any third party.
Who Has Access to Your Personal Information?
Within our organization, we restrict access to your Personal Information on a limited need-to-know basis, in order to carry out critical operational functions (e.g., managing merchandising sales and/or returns, and managing our email newsletter). We require each of our employees, consultants, volunteers, and independent contractors with access to Personal Information to sign confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements. SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
When conducting business with Man Down™, Personal Information we collect may be shared with the following trusted partners who make our online sales and email communications/marketing run smoothly:

· E-commerce partners at Squarespace (www.squarespace.com)
We have chosen to conduct business with a number of third parties in order to make your online experience with us more cohesive and enjoyable.
· MailChimp hosts our email database. When you sign up to receive our email communications either through our website or through our social media accounts your name and email address are either collected directly by MailChimp or in-turn shared with MailChimp, in order to allow us to efficiently and effectively communicate with you via email regarding updates on products, company news, and policy changes through content-rich email newsletters. By opting to receive our email communications, you are giving MailChimp permission to maintain your name and email address in order for us to communicate with you via email.
· Squarespace maintains our e-commerce online presence. When you make a purchase from Man Down™, the purchase is processed by Squarespace.
· Stripe is the purchasing portal utilized by Squarespace. When you purchase a product from our website, your credit card information and accompanying Personal Information is processed by Stripe. When you purchase a product in-person, your credit card information and accompanying Personal Information is processed by Square.
The collection and storage of Personal Information by third parties is subject to the privacy policies of those companies. Third parties are not governed by the terms of this policy and we assume no responsibility for the content, products, services, policies, and/or practices of any third-party companies and/or their website(s).
